Returns
You have 90 days to return an item from the date of receipt. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it, with the original packaging. Refunds
Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you that it has been received. After inspection, we will inform you of the refund status. If the return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method (e.g., credit card). Please note that the time it takes for the refund to appear depends on your card issuer’s policies. Shipping
You are responsible for the shipping costs associated with returning your item. These shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund amount.

Cancellations
To cancel an order, log into your account and visit “Order Status.” If your order has not been shipped, you can click the “Cancel” button under My Account Recent Orders to stop the shipping process. You will be notified within 2-3 business days regarding the status of the cancellation. If you wish to cancel only a part of your order, please contact us directly instead of using the “Cancel” button.
